Whether it’s weekly service or just help every once in a while, a good laundry service can help lighten the load.

How Does Laundry Service Work?

Wash and fold laundry and dry cleaning delivery in Asheville, NC

1. Schedule a Pick Up

Fill out the pick up request form and let us know when and where to pick up. Remember, our goal is to make laundry day as easy as possible for you. From our drivers to our production team, your clothes are in good hands!

2. On Pick Up Day

On laundry day, you’ll simply place your laundry in a standard trash bag. If you’re sticking around with us we’ll give you a custom laundry bag for you to put your laundry in. In the meantime, a trash bag works just fine.

3. On Delivery Day

When your clothes are cleaned, crisp, and ready to wear, one of our delivery drivers will return them folded and hung at your designated drop-off location. This should be designated in the pick up request form.

Not Home?

No problem! Just let us know where you’ll have your laundry, especially if it’s in a special spot. We’ll just drop it off in the same location afterwards.

How do the bags work?

If you’re going to be working with us for a while, you only need to place your laundry in a trash bag once. We will return your laundry in one of our laundry bags that you’ll use each time after.

A standard bag is about the size of a 13 gallon trash bag. A large bag is about the size of a 30 gallon trash bag.

What's should I look for with a laundry service?

It’s important to know who is doing your laundry!

While you might not care who is delivering your pizza, you should care who is doing your laundry. With the rise of middle-man apps that pair you with the closest or cheapest service provider, you have no idea who is picking up, cleaning, and delivering your clothes. And, this likely changes order-to-order – sometimes even being sent to individuals to wash at their home instead of a professional company operating in a professional laundry facility.

At Town Mountain Maids, we’re real people doing real laundry – really well. We’re a laundry service you can trust because we really care about your laundry.
