Job Description

Town Mountain Maids is looking for cleaning technicians in the Western North Carolina area. Our technicians provide expert cleaning services to our clients, working closely with them in their home. 

The right candidate will be hard working, have excellent people skills, and be able to work directly with clients, as well as perform necessary technical work. 

We are looking for technicians who hold themselves to high standards in both the quality of their work and their conduct with clients and who “do it right the first time.” 

Duties will include dusting, sweeping, cleaning windows, scrubbing ovens, and other cleaning duties. You’ll also be expected to clean baseboards and scrub areas of the floor, sometimes on your hands and knees.  

We offer in-house training, so no experience is necessary.

About the Job

This position works in an indoor environment within our customer’s homes and businesses.

You should be able to lift 40 pounds. Bending, standing, and kneeling are common occurrences. 

This is a year-round, full-time position, and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Occasional after-hours and weekend work may be required as job duties necessitate. 

Requirements

• No experience is needed. We will train you! 
• Must be willing and able to pass a drug test and a background check
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must have a great attitude and a willingness to learn
